What am I purchasing?

You are receiving a digital file only no finished products. You will receive your design of choice in digital

 format for you to either use your cutter to cut out or print out either professionally or with your home printer. 

NO FINISHED PRODUCT WILL BE SENT by mail.

What do I need to use this file?

You must have cutter, printer or the means to send out for prints of your products.  All files will arrive to you in a 

.zip file, you will need a way of unzipping or extracting the file to be able to use it with your software of choice.

What file formats will I receive?

Formats vary depending on the type of file you are purchasing. Each product will list exactly what 

formats you will receive.  If you are in need of any other formats you are in need of please contact me 

thru the contact tab to see if a conversion is available.

How will I receive my order?

After your purchase you will be redirected to a download page, you will also receive an email with

a download link to your account. If you are in need of something special please use my contact tab to 

discuss your needs. 

Color Variances for Printable Products?

Please understand we are not responsible for colors looking different on your monitor. Each monitor has 

different color sets. Also during the print process your printer and/or professional printing company may 

print in slight different shades then what you see on your monitor. We can not take responsibility for and 

color differences that occur during that process.

Can I receive a refund on my purchase?

Due to the digital nature of our products we are unable to offer refunds. All files are availabe for 

immediate download as well as an email sent out with a link to your downloadable file. Our software 

documents the email and the actual download of the product. We test all designs to ensure you are 

receiving a great quality product. If you have any issues with your design please contact us using our 

contact tab and we will work with you to make sure you have the product you purchased.

How do I make a purchase if I don't have a Paypal account?

Paypal proccesses all of our transactions but you are not required to have an account to use a credit 

card. You will have an option to pay as a guest. If you run into any difficulties please contact us using 

the contact tab.
